Previously known as Syft and recently rebranded, the company came to us with a clear mission: attract attention, boost app downloads, and fill vacancies quickly.
We developed a campaign strategy built on energy, clarity, and strong messaging. The aim was to present flexible work as an opportunity worth considering, both in the UK and the US.
Flex Appeal Across Screens and Streets
With the holiday period on the horizon, demand for temporary staff was rising rapidly. Our campaign had to move quickly and reach people in the right places.
We focused on three core objectives:
- Increase traffic to the website and app
- Position Indeed Flex as a distinct brand
- Convert awareness into job applications

To achieve this, we used a mix of out-of-home, broadcast, and digital media. This ensured visibility among professionals, students, and seasonal workers across multiple touchpoints.

Creatives with Purpose and Personality
Temporary jobs are often viewed as short-term fixes. We reframed them as flexible and empowering opportunities. The creatives highlighted the benefits of choosing your own hours, trying out different roles, and making the most of busy seasons.
Roadside billboards and VOD ads all delivered the same message: “This is your time. Flex it.”

The branding made it clear that this was not simply an offshoot of Indeed. It was Indeed Flex, standing confidently on its own.

Broadcast Brilliance: Tapping into the UK's Viewing Habits
While digital often dominates planning discussions, television still plays a huge role in reaching UK audiences. Around 70% of video viewing among UK adults happens on a TV screen.
TV became a central part of our strategy, supported by digital VOD for additional reach. This mix allowed us to engage both younger job seekers and experienced temporary workers. Whether on the sofa or on a break at work, the message was delivered effectively.

The campaign produced clear, measurable outcomes. According to Google Analytics tracking, Indeed Flex achieved:
- 124% increase in total website traffic
- 126% increase in new visitors
- 128% increase in total visit volume
- 77% increase in page views per user
